Where do you ship?

We ship only within the United States.

Is shipping free?

Yes. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders usually process in 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit.

Will I receive tracking?

Yes. A tracking number is provided by email when the carrier accepts the shipment.

What is your return window?

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. We pay return shipping and do not charge a restocking fee.

Are any items excluded from non-quality returns?

Customized items, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods are excluded from non-quality returns. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders remain eligible for applicable remedies.

When will my refund appear?

After an approved refund is issued, it may take 5–10 business days for your financial institution to post it.
