Shipping Policy

We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally prepared within 1–2 business days. After processing, standard transit usually takes 4–6 business days. Processing and carrier transit estimates exclude weekends and U.S. holidays and may vary because of carrier conditions or order volume.

Tracking

When a shipment is accepted by the carrier, we provide a tracking number by email when available. Tracking events can take time to appear after label creation.

Address accuracy and delivery issues

Please review your delivery address before submitting an order. Contact us quickly if a correction is needed; once an order has entered fulfillment, changes may not be possible. If a package is delayed, lost, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, contact us and we will work with you on the appropriate next step.
